Dr Paul Norman is a registered Clinical Psychologist, with
long-term experience and interest in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of clinical problems from children to older adults.
Child and adolescent problems that Dr Norman addresses include:

Terms of Service
Medicare
Medicare provides funding for clients who have been referred for
specific mental health issues by their doctor or psychiatrist under a
mental health care plan. Medicare provides up to 10 sessions per
calendar year. These sessions can be bulk billed if you report
financial hardship and you attend during normal office hours 8am-5pm,
Monday- Friday.
Fees
Appointments are for 50 minutes. You will be bulk billed if you have
a GP mental health care plan under Medicare Better access if you
report financial hardship, or you are under 18, a pensioner or
concession card holder. If you are not eligible for bulk billing the
cost of sessions are $160.00, however if you have a GP mental health
care plan you will receive a Medicare rebate of $137.05. You will need
to pay your fee upfront if you are not eligible for bulk billing
(i.e., not reporting financial hardship or attending on Saturday or
after 5pm). Private health insurance rebates may apply if you have
exhausted your Medicare sessions. If you are attending under workers’
compensation or MVA insurance, fees are at Workcover rates for a
Clinical Psychologist, $262.35 per hour.
Cancellation policy
If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone an appointment,
please give at least 24 hours notice. This would provide an
opportunity for another person to use the available time. A
cancellation fee of $75.00 is charged for non-attendance or less than
24 hours notice on a cancellation of a session. Please be aware that
Medicare does not reimburse for cancelled/missed appointments.
